Why does Rahul Gandhi wear only white T-shirts?

Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi said he decided to participate in the march wearing only a T-shirt after seeing three underprivileged girls in Madhya Pradesh “trembling in tattered clothes”. From then till today, Rahul Gandhi is seen wearing only and only white T-shirt.

“One day three poor girls came to me in tattered clothes…When I caught them they were trembling because they were not dressed properly. Addressing a street meeting in Haryana’s Ambala, Rahul Gandhi said, “That day I decided that as long as I am shivering, I will wear only a shirt.”

Gandhi claimed that he wanted to send a message to those girls.

“When I start shivering, I will consider wearing a sweatshirt. I want to convey this idea to those three girls that if you are feeling cold, Rahul Gandhi should be feeling cold too,” he said.

The Wayanad MP had said last week that during the Uttar Pradesh part of the yatra, the media was focusing on his outfit while “paying no attention to the poor farmers and laborers walking with him in tattered clothes”.

In the Bhagwat, he remarked that the real question was not why he was wearing a T-shirt, but why the country’s farmers, low-wage laborers and their children were wearing tattered clothes, T-shirts and sweaters. .

what is the price of t-shirts

Rahul Gandhi was wearing a white Burberry T-shirt and the price of a garment was displayed on the other which seemed to be his equal. According to the BJP, a T-shirt from British premium clothing company Burberry costs Rs 41,257.

OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G – A Respectable Smartphone For The Price Range.

OnePlus The company’s most recent smartphone in the Nord series, the Oneplus Nord CE 3 5G, was just released. A Snapdragon 782G SoC powers the OnePlus Nord CE 3. It has a 6.7-inch fluid AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The smartphone has three cameras, the primary one of which is a 50-megapixel lens.

The 5,000mAh battery supports 80W SUPERVOOC charging. Here is what we think of the most recent smartphone in the Nord series after using it for roughly a week.

Price and Availability of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G:

Starting on August 4, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G will be on sale. It will be available for Rs 26,999 and Rs 28,999 in variants with 8GB RAM + 128GB on-board storage and 12GB RAM + 128GB on-board storage, respectively.

The OnePlus CE3 5G will be sold at OnePlus retail locations as well as a few other retail stores and on Amazon India.

Design and Display of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G: The OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G has two sizable camera cutouts and an LED flash cutout on the rear. The device has a glossy finish and a plastic frame to keep fingerprints off the back. The smartphone is available in two color options: Aqua Surge and Gray Shimmer, and it has OnePlus branding in the center.

The power button and volume rockers are located on the right side. The gadget has a microphone and an IR blaster on the top. The device has a SIM tray, a microphone, a USB Type-C port, and a speaker grille on the bottom.

The 6.7-inch flexible AMOLED display of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 has a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It is a 10-bit panel with HDR10+ capability. Overall, we believe that using the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G display screen to watch movies, play games, or simply read lengthy articles or books delivers an excellent experience. The display is sufficiently bright for outside use when used regularly, and you won’t experience any viewing angle problems.

Nord CE 3 5G camera from OnePlus:

The smartphone’s cameras include a 50-megapixel primary sensor (Sony IMX890 CPU), an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. To guard against unintentional damage, the camera is encased in a stainless-steel cage. The phone boasts a 16MP camera sensor up front. In our testing, pictures taken in natural light or with ideal illumination produced results that were comparable to those of high-end equipment.

It was sharp enough and had just the appropriate amount of detail. We utilized the phone to record some of our review goods, and overall the video quality was respectable. A 16-megapixel selfie camera with a single lens is located on the front. In my tests, this camera produced detailed selfies.

One of the best smartphones available in the Indian market at the price point is the OnePlus Nord CE3. The OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G is a feature-rich device all around. The Snapdragon 782G CPU, a 120Hz AMOLED display, and a 50MP triple camera configuration are all included with the Nord CE3. For practically all types of buyers, we believe the smartphone checks all the right criteria.

Rain Facts

let’s know about rain facts. Rain is a fascinating natural phenomenon that plays an important role in Earth’s water cycle, sustaining life and shaping our climate. In this comprehensive explanation, we’ll learn about the complex processes that lead to the formation of rain and its journey through the atmosphere to Earth’s surface.

The water cycle:

To understand how rain occurs, we must first understand the concept of the water cycle, also known as the hydrological cycle. The water cycle is a continuous process by which water circulates through the atmosphere, oceans, land and living organisms. It involves various steps including evaporation, condensation, precipitation and runoff.

THE CLOWNFISH Rain Coat for Men Waterproof for Bike with Hood Raincoat for Men.

  1. Evaporation:

The water cycle starts with evaporation. When the Sun’s energy reaches Earth’s surface, it heats water bodies such as oceans, lakes, rivers, and even moist soil. As a result, some of the water from these surfaces changes from liquid to vapor, becoming water vapor, an invisible gas.

  1. Transpiration:

In addition to evaporation from water bodies, plants also contribute water vapor to the atmosphere through a process called transpiration. Plants absorb water from the soil through their roots and release water vapor through tiny holes in their leaves called stomata. This released water vapor also increases the amount of water in the atmosphere.

  1. Condensation:

As water vapor rises in the atmosphere, it encounters cooler temperatures at higher altitudes. The decrease in temperature causes water vapor molecules to lose energy and slow down, causing tiny water droplets or ice crystals to form around microscopic particles such as dust, pollen or salt in the air.

These tiny droplets or ice crystals form clouds, which are visible aggregations of water vapor suspended in the atmosphere. Clouds play an important role in the condensation process, as they provide a surface for water vapor to collect and condense.

  1. Cloud Development:

Clouds come in various shapes and sizes, depending on factors such as the altitude at which they form and the prevailing atmospheric conditions. Cumulus clouds are puffy and white and often indicate good weather. Stratus clouds are layered and can cover the sky, often causing overcast conditions. Cirrus clouds are thin, high-altitude clouds, usually made of ice crystals and indicating a possible change in weather.

  1. Coordination:

Within clouds, tiny water droplets or ice crystals continue to grow when they collide with each other. These collisions cause the droplets to coalesce and coalesce, forming larger and heavier droplets or crystals. This process is called coalescence.

  1. Rain:

As the water droplets or ice crystals become larger and heavier, they become so large that they cannot be supported by the updraft within the cloud. Gravity begins to dominate, pulling the droplets or crystals downward. We experience this falling water as rain. The type of precipitation (rain, snow, hail or sleet) depends on temperature and atmospheric conditions.

  1. Rain:

When the collected water droplets reach a sufficient size, they fall as rain. Raindrops vary in size, from tiny drops to large, heavy drops. The intensity of precipitation can also vary, from light drizzle to heavy rain.

  1. Snow, Hail and Sleet:

In colder regions or at higher altitudes, the temperature can be so low that the collected water droplets freeze and form ice crystals. Ice crystals can join together to form snowflakes, which fall to the ground as snow. Hail occurs when raindrops freeze before reaching the ground. Hail is a specific type of precipitation that forms during intense storms, where water droplets are repeatedly carried by updrafts to freezing levels, forming layers of ice around them before eventually falling to the ground.

  1. Ground effect and runoff:

Upon reaching the earth’s surface, rainwater is absorbed into the soil, replenishing groundwater reserves and providing moisture to plants. Some rainwater may also flow over the land surface as runoff, eventually reaching rivers, streams, and other water bodies.

  1. Return to Atmosphere:

Water that reaches the Earth’s surface through precipitation does not remain there indefinitely. Through processes such as evaporation and transpiration, the water returns to the atmosphere, continuing the water cycle and setting the stage for more rain in the future.

conclusion:

Rain is a beautiful and necessary part of our planet’s water cycle. The process of rain formation involves evaporation of water from various sources, condensation to form clouds, coalescence of water droplets within clouds, and finally, precipitation in the form of rain, snow, sleet or hail. Rainwater that falls on Earth’s surface sustains life, supports ecosystems, and replenishes water sources, making it an invaluable component of our environment.

The amount of rain a country receives varies widely depending on its geographical location, climate, and topography. Some regions experience heavy rainfall throughout the year, while others have prolonged dry seasons. Here are some examples of countries and their approximate average annual rainfall:

  1. Bangladesh: Bangladesh is one of the world’s wettest countries, receiving an average annual rainfall of around 2,400 to 3,500 millimeters (94 to 138 inches). The country’s location in the delta of major rivers like the Ganges and Brahmaputra contributes to its high rainfall.
  2. Indonesia: Indonesia is an archipelago with a tropical climate, and its average annual rainfall ranges from 2,000 to 3,000 millimeters (79 to 118 inches). Rainfall patterns can vary significantly between the islands.
  3. Colombia: Colombia experiences a diverse climate due to its varying elevations. The average annual rainfall ranges from about 1,000 to 3,000 millimeters (39 to 118 inches).

  5. United Kingdom: The UK has a temperate maritime climate, and its average annual rainfall ranges from 700 to 1,500 millimeters (28 to 59 inches).
  6. India: India has diverse climatic regions, but on average, it receives around 1,000 to 1,500 millimeters (39 to 59 inches) of rainfall annually.
  7. Australia: Australia is a vast country with varying climates. The northern regions experience a tropical climate with heavy rainfall, while the central and western areas are arid with low rainfall. The country’s average annual rainfall is around 400 to 600 millimeters (16 to 24 inches).
  8. Egypt: Egypt is predominantly arid, with an average annual rainfall of about 25 to 50 millimeters (1 to 2 inches) in some coastal areas.
  9. Saudi Arabia: Much of Saudi Arabia is desert, and its average annual rainfall is typically less than 100 millimeters (4 inches), with some regions receiving even less.
  10. Peru: The coastal regions of Peru are arid, while the eastern parts, including the Amazon rainforest, receive heavy rainfall. The average annual rainfall varies between 150 to 2,500 millimeters (6 to 98 inches) depending on the region.

Please note that these figures are approximate and can vary from year to year due to natural climate variability and global weather patterns. Additionally, countries with diverse topography, such as the United States and China, can have significant variations in rainfall across different regions within the country.

The reappraisal of Columbus’ legacy

Christopher Columbus, born in 1451 in Genoa, Italy, was an Italian explorer widely recognized for his voyages to the Americas. He began his first voyage in 1492, with the sponsorship of the Catholic monarchs of Spain, Isabella I and Ferdinand II. Columbus’s primary objective was to find a westward passage to Asia, but his voyage resulted in the discovery of the Caribbean islands, particularly the Bahamas.

Columbus’s first voyage sailed with three ships, the Santa Maria, the Pinta and the Niña. On 12 October 1492 he reached the island of Guanahani, which he named San Salvador. During this voyage, Columbus discovered several other Caribbean islands, including Cuba and Hispaniola. He returned to Spain in 1493 bringing news of his discoveries that aroused enthusiasm throughout Europe.

Driven by a desire to establish settlements and claim territories for Spain, Columbus embarked on three more voyages to the Americas. In his later expeditions, he explored the coasts of Central and South America, reaching areas such as present-day Venezuela and Panama. However, it is important to note that Columbus was not the first person to reach the Americas, as indigenous peoples had been living there for thousands of years.

Columbus’s voyages had a profound impact on the European exploration and subsequent colonization of the Americas. They ushered in a new era of transatlantic exploration and paved the way for further expeditions by European powers. Spain and Portugal in particular established colonies throughout the Americas, leading to the colonization and exploitation of indigenous populations.

The consequences of European colonization were devastating for the native peoples of the Americas. Indigenous populations were suffering from war, forced labor, slavery, and the introduction of new diseases to which they had no immunity. These factors resulted in the displacement and destruction of millions of native inhabitants.

In previous years, Columbus was widely celebrated as a heroic figure, credited with “discovering” the Americas. However, there has been a re-evaluation of his legacy in recent times. Scholars and activists have highlighted the negative consequences of colonization and stressed the need to acknowledge the perspectives and experiences of indigenous peoples.

Columbus’s actions and subsequent European colonization have been criticized and re-examination has been called for. Many argue that the traditional narrative surrounding Columbus ignores the violence, exploitation, and oppression committed against indigenous communities. As a result, there have been calls to reconsider how Columbus is commemorated and to promote a more inclusive and accurate understanding of history.

Some cities and states have replaced Columbus Day with Indigenous Peoples Day as a way of honoring and recognizing the indigenous populations that have long resided in the Americas. This change reflects a growing recognition of the complex and often tragic history associated with the voyages of Columbus and European colonization.

In conclusion, Christopher Columbus was an Italian explorer who made four voyages to the Americas between 1492 and 1504. Although he is traditionally credited with discovering the Americas, indigenous peoples had already inhabited the region for thousands of years. Columbus’s voyages ushered in a new era of exploration and colonization, which led to profound consequences for indigenous populations, including displacement, enslavement, and the introduction of devastating diseases. The reappraisal of Columbus’ legacy reflects a broader effort to acknowledge the complexity of history and the experiences of indigenous peoples affected by colonization.

Do you know this thing about US National flag!

The US national flag remains the same with thirteen stripes and fifty stars. Here’s a more detailed overview of the flag:

  1. Design: The American flag consists of three main components: the thirteen stripes, the blue canton (a rectangular field), and the fifty white stars.
  2. Thirteen stripes: Thirteen stripes are horizontal and of equal width. They start alternating between red and white and end with red. The stripes represent the original Thirteen American Colonies that declared independence from Great Britain on July 4, 1776, and formed the United States of America.

A 10-minute daily yoga routine can be a great way to incorporate yoga into your life, even if you have limited time. Here is a suggested routine that covers various aspects of yoga practice:

  1. Start with Centralization (1-2 minutes):
    • Find a quiet and comfortable place.
Sit in a cross-legged position (Sukhasana) or on a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and focus on centering your mind and body. Set an intention for your practice.
  2. Warm-up (2 minutes):
To release the tension, slowly start rotating the neck, rotating the shoulders and rotating the wrists.
Do some seated twists to warm up your spine.
  3. Surya Namaskar (3-4 minutes):
Stand on the top of your mat with feet hip-width apart, hands at your heart center (mountain pose).
    • Inhale, raise your arms up, and lean back slightly (Extended Mountain Pose).
Exhale, fold forward, bending your knees if necessary.
Inhale, lift your chest halfway up while leaning forward.
    • Exhale, step up or come back to plank pose, then lower yourself into a gentle chaturanga (knees, chest, chin or full chaturanga).
Inhale, lift your chest and keep your shoulders facing upwards.
Exhale, lift your hips up and come into the Downward Facing Dog position.
    • Hold Downward Dog for a few breaths, then step forward or jump into Forward Fold.
Inhale, bend forward to standing, then exhale to come back to Mountain Pose.
  4. Sitting posture (2-3 minutes):
Sit on the mat with your legs spread in front of you.
Do sitting forward bend exercises like Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend) or Janu Shirshasana (Head-to-Knee Pose).
Incorporate a slight twist on each side like Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Lord of the Fishes Pose).
  5. Final Rest (1-2 minutes):
Lie down on your back in Savasana (Corpse pose).
Close your eyes and focus on relaxing each part of your body from head to toe.
Stay in this pose, giving your body and mind a chance to absorb the benefits of your practice.

Remember, this is a basic routine that can be adjusted to suit your needs and preferences. If you have specific areas you want to focus on, such as stretching, balance, or relaxation, you can modify the routine accordingly. Additionally, feel free to explore other poses and variations as you become more comfortable with your practice.

It is important to listen to your body and practice within your limits. If a pose causes discomfort or pain, modify or skip it. Consistency is key, so try making this 10-minute routine a daily habit to experience the transformative power of yoga in your life.
